When away from the office, you'll find Colin spending time with his wife and daughter in the great outdoors (a massive fan of National Trust properties, country walks and the natural world) music festivals, Football (a staunch Brighton & Hove Albion supporter) and socialising with friends and family, with the occasional burst of karaoke. How did the dynamic duo start their journey?
"In 2001 when my wife and I were house hunting, I met a bright, highly driven young estate agent called Nick Harris. Having at that point 5 years of recruitment experience I was never off duty and was always looking for great personalities that could add value to our clients and candidates. I jokingly said to my wife that once we've secured our house, I'd be offering Nick a job in my team. Nick took to recruitment like a duck to water and was my natural successor when I left CD in 2014."

With over 18 years of construction Sales Recruitment experience Nick is a true veteran of the industry. Nick still has the same passion as he did on his very first day almost two decades ago, you will only have to speak to him to understand that. His experience and guidance are what has led him to be a trusted advisor to his clients and candidates alike. A lot of Nicks clients were once in-fact his candidates who he had successfully placed in great roles.
